1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees paid for online or clinic consultations are non-refundable once the consultation or medical evaluation has been completed by our doctors.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your consultation prior to the doctor's assessment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone (+91 8400000666).

3. Medicine Dispatch & Returns

Due to safety regulations regarding pharmaceutical and homeopathic remedies, customized medicines once prepared, dispatched, or delivered cannot be returned or refunded.
